Without a doubt, the Ford F-150 Raptor is one of the best bases to choose if we want to prepare it to turn it into an absolute machine. Exactly what the tuner Hennesey has done and which is already in full production process, receiving the name of Hennessey VelociRaptor 600.
First of all, starting with its aesthetic section, this new Hennessey sports a specific body kit that adds more protruding and resistant front and rear bumpers, an integrated LED light bar, 37-inch off-road tires fitted to its 20-inch Hennessey wheels and the corresponding logos of the preparer.
High-level dynamic improvements
If we look at this Hennessey next to a conventional Raptor, we will quickly notice the difference in height between the two, since this preparation has a new suspension kit, which improves the dynamic capabilities of the pick-up.
Continuing this series of improvements, Hennessey has also mounted a new six-piston brake system signed by Brembo, which allows this mass of more than 3.200 kilos of weight and almost 5,4 meters of length to be stopped with total ease.
A heart to match
Under its hood, lies the key part of this Hennessey VelociRaptor, a gasoline engine 6-liter twin-turbocharged V3.5, which has been improved with a redesigned air induction system, an intercooler that allows for greater flow and custom-made electronics to develop nothing less than 607 CV power and 843 Nm of maximum torque.
Having finished this brief review of the new features of this VelociRaptor, it is time to talk about its price, which as you can imagine and taking into account that only a few will be produced 250 units, it won't be very affordable, let's say, since it is around $115.000, including the improvement of its engine and the design elements that give great character to the pick-up par excellence.
